When you want something, you DO something for it.
You want a promotion? You work day and night for it.
You want to become better? You practise quite hard.
You want to go on a holiday? You save money as much as possible by pruning away unnecessary expenses.
I wanted something. Heck I still do!
When I wanted an excellent GRE score, I did something for it. I worked hard.
When I want to be an excellent VP Education at my Toastmasters Club, I do something for it. I work hard.
But often times, we forget that there is a thin line of difference between doing and over-doing.
I’ve faced the consequences of over-doing.
Do anything because you want it and love it.
Don’t do it thinking that your life depends on it.
